Polyurethane foam injection - the new alternative!

When your sidewalk, driveway, garage floor, porch, or concrete slab of any surface starts to crack and dip, causing uneven surfaces, it can present a headache for you and a hit to your budget. At first, you might think the only thing to do is to tear up and completely replace the concrete slab- a time consuming and costly endeavor.

Thankfully PURlevel can save you time, money, and the headache of having to replace your damaged concrete. We offer a mudjacking alternative (polyurethane foam injection) that is an ideal solution to sunken and uneven concrete. The cost is determined by square foot of concrete and a mudjacking expert will provide you with an estimate.

Concrete Leveling

Deciding if you are even a candidate for mudjacking or concrete repair can sometimes be difficult, as signs of damage may be subtle. Some things to look for include cracks and slight dips, or doors and windows not shutting properly, indicating a foundation tilt. The change in your concrete can be brought on by shift in soil underneath, escape of water from the soil, burrowing animals, or even it not being a compact surface to start with. Since the problem is not with the physical concrete, but with the surface the concrete is resting on. Mudjacking and concrete leveling are your prime options for long term repair.

Denver Mudjacking Company

Our solution to traditional mudjacking is minimally invasive and is done and completed within a day, as opposed to completely replacing the concrete slab which can take days and often damages surrounding areas. Our mudjacking alternative is done by drilling 3/8” holes in the surrounding area and pumping polyurethane foam underneath of the existing slab, filling the void that is causing the depression of the concrete slab.

Polyurethane Foam Injection

Our polyurethane foam injection process replaces typical mudjacking. This is becoming an increasingly popular option as the foam does not absorb water and is more durable to the elements. The process with foam and concrete mudjacking is almost identical, the only thing being different is the material used to level your surface. Foam is ideal for load bearing surfaces. Foam is slightly more expensive, but still comes out much cheaper than a complete replacement. Our polyurethane foam is made of 40-60% recycled materials and is environmentally friendly!
