Concrete Slab Repair

Denver concrete slab repair services

The concrete on your property is an investment that we often take for granted. Upon initial installation, we expect this concrete, wherever it may be, to last and remain in good shape.

Concrete is one of the most permanent materials, after all, so why would we have to worry? If you are experiencing cracks and uneven surfaces, you could be in need of concrete slab repair.

However, often due to causes beyond our control or prediction, concrete slabs may fall victim to cracking, buckling, and slipping. The change in your concrete can be brought on by shift in soil underneath, escape of water from the soil, burrowing animals, or even lack of a properly compact surface to start with.

Since the problem is not with the physical concrete, but with the surface the concrete is resting on, slab jacking and leveling are your prime options for long term and permanent concrete repair.

To decide if you are a candidate for concrete repair work, a concrete specialist will assess the site and discuss the options available. More often than not, we are able to repair the concrete slab- saving you time, money, and worry involved in a complete replacement.

PURlevel employs a state of the art mudjacking technique, which jacks the concrete slab with polyurethane foam.

This is becoming an increasingly popular option as the foam does not absorb water and is more durable to the elements.

The process with polyurethane foam and concrete mudjacking is almost identical, the only thing being different is the material used to level your concrete slab.

Polyurethane foam is ideal for load bearing concrete surfaces. Poly foam is slightly more expensive, but still comes out much cheaper than a complete replacement.

After lifting the concrete slab, cracks are smoothed out and made uniform in color to the rest of the slab, creating a seamless repair and a pristine concrete slab restored to its original state.
